Itinerary
DAY 01: ACCLIMATIZATION (LAKE CHURUP 4450M)

At 9am we will pick you up at your hotel and head to Pitec (3885m), located 45 minutes from Huarazat the edge of the Huascaran National Park. From here we will begin the hike. To arrive at the lake we must climb a rocky part that currently has some cables installed to help us. We will arrive at the lake after about 3 hours. We can walk around the lake and take pictures, located at 4450m. From here we follow the same path to reutnr to Pitec where our transportation awaits us to return to Huaraz.

DAY 02: HUARAZ- LLAMAC- JAHUACOCHA

We leave Huaraz in private transport towards Chiquian, a traditional Andead town that is full of Andean culture. We will enjoy a delicious traditional breakfast here and then head to the Llamac Village (3250m). We hike from here for 4 hours along beautiful paths that take us past amazing flora and fauna until we reach Jahuacocha lake. We will eat dinner and camp here to properly acclimatize at 4079m.

DAY 03: JAHUACOCHA- LAKE SOLTEROCOCHA

After enjoying a delicious breakfast we will head towards Lake Soltercocha. Along the way we will enjoy views of the two lakes that make up Jahuacocha, with their beautiful tones of green and tourquise. The 2 hour hike takes us towards the turquoise colored lake that is formed by the Jirishanca glacier. From here we retrn to Jahuacocha lake to eat and rest for our return trip tomorrow.

DAY 04: CARHUAC PASS- QUEBRADA JANCA

After a delicious breakfast, we return to Llamac, where our transportation awaits us to return to Huaraz.
